Marketing emails will include a way to opt out of future marketing communications when required by law.

If you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing messages that are necessary to respond to you, manage an existing business relationship, provide requested services, handle billing, or address legal or security matters.

If Sterty later uses automated or prerecorded marketing communications that require consent, we will obtain the appropriate consent before sending them.

You may ask us to stop marketing calls or text messages at any time. For text messages, you may communicate your request by replying with a clear opt-out request such as STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another message that reasonably communicates that you want the messages to stop.

We may send a non-marketing confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed where permitted by law.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers and devices support privacy preference signals such as Global Privacy Control ("GPC") or "Do Not Track."

At the time this policy was last updated, Sterty does not sell personal information or use website visitor information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

Because our current website practices do not involve those activities, there may be no applicable sale or targeted-advertising activity for a GPC signal to opt you out of.

If our practices change, we will evaluate and respond to legally recognized privacy preference signals as required by applicable law.

Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not governed by a single uniform U.S. standard. Our practices remain as described in this Privacy Policy regardless of whether a browser sends a Do Not Track signal, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by other organizations, including links to original sources for statistics or information we cite.

Sterty does not control those third-party websites or their privacy practices. When you visit another website, its own terms and privacy policies apply.

A link from Sterty does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or everything on its website.

Children's Privacy

Sterty's website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information through this website from children under 16.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact admin@getsterty.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Visitors Outside the United States

Sterty is based in the United States, and our services are primarily directed toward businesses in the United States.

If you access our website or contact us from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

If laws applicable to you require additional protections, we will address those requirements where they apply to Sterty's processing activities.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal obligations.

The "Last updated" date at the top identifies the most recent revision.

If we make a material change affecting how we use personal information already collected, we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
